Do WHS Students Enjoy Spirit Week?

Spirit Week (10/3 – 10/7) is a fun way students show school spirit, and the themes can be 80s Day, Monochrome Day, etc.

One WHS student expressed they couldn’t dress up for Spirit Week because the themes were hard to follow. They identified 80s day as the most difficult. Another student was unmotivated because their peers did not participate. WHS Student Council President, Azhaar Shouman, “I think it went really well for the juniors considering previous years with spirit week and I think a lot more people participated and went all out so I definitely can’t wait to see how much more … will participate in the winter spirit week.”
